Macy's
Holiday Parade - Macy's, Comcast and Sprout are happy
to get you in the holiday spirit, bringing Jakers and Noddy
to the parade.
PBS Kids Sprout
has all the shows kids love and parents trust, and you can find
it on Comcast and Comcast ON DEMAND, where you and your little
ones can be entertained by quality shows and characters. Sing,
dance, play games, create arts and crafts, and even make birthday
cards together.
Jakers! follows
the adventures of Piggley Winks, a loveable pig, and his friends
Dannan the Duck and Ferny the Bull on Raloo Farm in the rural
Irish village of Tara in the 1950s, and Noddy introduces a new
word in French, Spanish, Mandarin, Swahili or Russian with a
new language each week.

the Mississippi," the 14th annual Chevron Winter Wonderland
Powered by Comcast will capture your attention with glimmers
and glows around every corner at Portland International Raceway!
Since 1993 the journey through Winter Wonderland has become
a beloved Holiday Tradition. Visitors enjoy a most spectacular
show viewing over 250 colorful displays and 40 fully animated
scenes from the warmth and comfort of their own vehicle.
The 2006 edition
features the return of the lovable Santa Hat wearing Sea Monster
and his "Treasures by the Sea." Also returning is "Toyland," an
extravaganza for young and old alike. Other favorites, "The
12 Days of Christmas," "Dinosaur World" and the "Tunnel
of Lights" will fill your car with wonder and amazement.
The vibrant Poinsettia wreath and too many other displays to
mention wait to light up your holiday. For many, Winter Wonderland
is the first snow flake of winter dancing on their cheeks.
For those would
like to walk in a Winter Wonderland, mark Monday, November 27th
for the annual Doggie walk. The track is closed to vehicle traffic
so you can bring your dog and walk the track at your leisure
and enjoy the lights. No dog, no worries. Walk the enchantment
with friends. Over the years WWL has donated over 350K in donations
to local area charities and 30 tons of food to the Sunshine Division
so don't forget a canned good or two.

events, the 24th annual Providence Festival of Trees. This
event, with a theme of "Making Spirits Bright," offers

It's become a holiday tradition for thousands - Providence's Festival
of Trees features 50 elaborately decorated Christmas trees on display
and over 100 unique holiday mini-trees, wreaths, centerpieces,

photos with Santa, kids crafts, and a Teddy Bear Hospital where
kids 12 and under receive a free bear. Providence doctors and nurses
will be on hand to give teddy bear wellness checks.
The 2006 Providence
Festival of Trees seeks to raise more than $500,000 to benefit
Providence Health System programs and the individuals and families
they serve. Event proceeds will support Providence Cancer Center,
Providence Center for Advanced Heart Disease, The Center for
Medically Fragile Children, the Providence Medication Assistance
Program and Gately Academy.

Dinner and Tree Auction - The live and silent auctions feature
some of the most unique Christmas trees ever created, loaded
with gift packages ranging from exotic trips to children's gifts
galore. Free valet parking at the Oregon Convention Center.
